Marina Bay Financial Centre (abbreviation: MBFC; Chinese: ???????; pinyin: B?nh?iw?n J?nróng Zh?ngx?n), located along Marina Boulevard at Marina Bay, Singapore, is a multi-phase development with its first phase targeted for completion by 2010. The largest office development to date in the city in terms of gross floor area when fully completed. It comprises three towers, of which two are office buildings at 42 and 36 floors respectively, and the third residential tower, Marina Bay Residences (hidden behind), will rise to 55 floors and house 428 units.
The development will be linked underground to The Sail @ Marina Bay and with this link it will be linked to Raffles Place MRT station.

He has been a consultant Business Analyst to tier 1 banks on market and credit risk and is an associate for Asymilate trading and risk consultancy, specialising in credit and structured credit offerings, mainly to tier 1 banks.

Andrew is currently working at AXA Investment Managers as a consultant business analyst on market risk and will soon be head of structured credit software sales for a new company specialising in artificial intelligent solution software applied to structured credit products.
